I feel so grateful to be able to live and work in this beautiful place and to be a part of your care team. 

 

I grew up in Cumberland and have been living and working here as a midwife since 2012. In 2014 I moved with my partner to Nelson, BC to work in a collaborative maternity care practice which is where I fell in love with collaborative care, my dream was to bring the model back to the Comox Valley. 

 

I gave birth to my twin daughters in 2016 and we returned to Cumberland in 2017 to be closer to family and our community. When I'm not spending time with my family, I'm trail running with my dog Poppy, open water swimming or going to hot yoga. I am also on the board of the Cumberland Community Forest Society where we work to preserve and protect the local forest and watershed.
